CEA-NEA “I Can Do It” Classroom Management: Workshops for teachers in their first five years

CEA Leadership Academy: A year-long leadership development course, open to CEA-NEA members identified by their local associations, that helps members refine their personal skills and create strategies for leading others to the power of collective action (contact your UniServ Director, Amy Nichols, for information about this year’s Leadership Academy)

CEA Summer Leadership Conference: A four-day summer professional development opportunity, open to CEA-NEA members identified by their local associations (contact your Local President for information about this year’s conference)

C.A.R.E Achievement Gap Training: C.A.R.E. (Culture, Abilities, Resilience and Effort) is an NEA training offered by a CEA member cadre to help educators learning about the teaching-and-learning factors that will help them close student achievement gaps (contact your UniServ Director for information)

ELL: Culture, Equity and Language Training: This is an NEA training offered by a CEA member cadre to help educators learn strategies for closing the achievement gaps for all English Language Learners regardless of their language and culture (contact your UniServ Director for information)

NEA Academy: Online continuing education courses to improve your skills and advance your career

eNetColorado: A state-of-the-art network of professional development resources and tools for collaboration among educators across Colorado, helping them build the capacity to integrate education technology and technology-supported instructional strategies that support student achievement
